Your actual result comment differs from what I see in the video (bottom, is in fact the top). Matt, what is the actual expected behaviour here?

My mistake. The page scrolls to the top, as you said. I've tried the same steps, but reversed at step 2 and 6 and the actual result in this case, is the same with the expected result.
In the video it looks like it's scrolling to the focused search box.

This issue occurs also on pages without any input field.

So this only happens with Fennec 6, right? Not with Fennec 7 or trunk builds?

I was able to reproduce it on the latest nightly build.

Ok, thanks, Cristian. I can reproduce it with desktop yahoo.com, using current trunk build, but I haven't been able to reproduce on http://nu.nl for instance.

For http://nu.nl, if I scroll down the page and I zoom in the last article, the page doesn't scroll to the top, but somewhere to the middle of it.

Could we check this against Firefox 5 and 4. If it is a regression mark it as such and find a regression window.

I've tried to find a regression window for this bug, but it occurs since the first android builds were burned.

Thanks for looking into this. I can't reproduce this using the Native UI Nightly.

Same issue occurs here:
1. Go to http://www.toyota.com/responsive/
2. Scroll down the page
3. Change orientation
4. User is returned to top of page

I can also reproduce on http://www.toyota.com/ on Galaxy Note 3 (4.4.2). All current branches are affected.
