Ben, could you add a throttle exception for 3.6.19 'beta', and add throttling for 3.6.20 ? We're blocking mac users moving up to 3.6.20 at the moment.

This is shipped, except for the 3.6.20 -> 6.0 MU. Leaving open to track that.

per irc/email, we're updating people from 3.6.20 -> 5.0.1 -> 6.0 until dep bugs here are resolved.

Turns out patcher requires lowercase on that variable....had to fix up the snippets manually, details here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases/Firefox_3.6.20/BuildNotes#Generation
