Details
The feature page https://wiki.mozilla.org/Services/Sync/Sync_Setup_Improvements_Desktop, covers the changes to make for the Sync Setup flow on the desktop.
The Sync Encryption Key page needs works. This bug is to track the work that needs to be done.
