Details

metamenu = A menu, like "Bookmarks>Personal Toolbar Folder>" which contains submenuitems. If a metamenu doesn't have any submenuitems then that little, 2x2px small, menu shouldn't pop up. Instead we should check if the metamenu has any submenuitems when the whole interface is loaded. If it doesn't contain any items, then that particular menu should be disabled.
