Message compose window should be closed only  after confirming that the the 
message is sent the Mail server successfully.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Bring up the Browser, and Mail window
2.Open a New Message Compose window
3.Enter all valid fields
4. Send the message when the Mail server is down or The system is not connected 
to network.

Actual Results:  Irrespective of whther the messages is sent succeesfully or not 
the comose window closes and later an alert comes up if the mail server is down.

Expected Results:  Message compose window should be closed only after confirming 
the the mail is successfully sent.

By this Behavious User will have an option to save the message as drafts or 
templates and can sent it later when the server is up, other wise he will have 
to loose all the information he has typed in just because the sever is down.

We have another bug that will make it so that the compose window won't close
until it's been sent, so in theory this should go away. When that gets fixed, if
this bug doesn't get fixed then let's reconsider. I will mark this bug as
depending on the other bug so that we don't lose this relationship.
