I just created a new account on MDN. The first thing a user sees after creating an account is their user page, with the default content, including a Bugzilla search widget.
I am having trouble imagining a use case in which searching Bugzilla is the first thing a user wants to do after creating an MDN account.
If the user never changes their user page, the Bugzilla widget is there forever. I suppose it's possible that, after navigating to a user's page and finding the default page, you might want to search Bugzilla. But if that's true, you probably already have Bugzilla at your fingertips.

Fortunately there is a template for default user pages:
https://developer.mozilla.org/Template:New_user_page
I've removed the Bugzilla widget there.
