Add command to say something in channel & leave channel immediately
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter any IRC server
2. type /whooopsie #channel
Actual Results: Nothing happens
Expected Results: Chatzilla client should briefly join #channel, have the
client say "whooopsie", then leave the channel again.
Yes this is for **** & giggles. It could also be substituted by other things
to say ("I love you all!!" etc.), and linked to other chatzilla clients in case
said person got banned from said channels for some reason or other...
request wontfix. encouraging drive-by spamming is not something that irc needs.

Just use a _good_ IRC program like mirc, pirch or whatever, with a nice script.
Chatzilla will never be one of them, that's for sure.
it's very easy for any user to add this feature to their install of chatzilla,
either live or forever. we just don't want to encourage it.

To give chatzilla credit over mIRC it does support multiple servers without
having to start up multiple instances of the client.
There's no reason that chatzilla couldn't be as good (or better) than any other
IRC client arouind if people had the time.
The biggest question is should chatzilla aim to be fully featured like these
other clients or just as simple as possible so it doesn't confuse newbies that
don't want all the features of the other clients. But that's a discussion for
elsewhere

Funnier than one of Doz's moz splash screens but we're not gonna implement
this... verifying :)
