With patches for bug 668349 and 668351, xpcshell tests can be run on an Android device, and the majority of tests pass. However, most (possibly all) of the tests in services/sync/tests/unit hang if run on Android.

Well, drat. Geoff, can you point us to some docs that would allow us to repro these hangs? The contents of that bug seem to be quite inscrutable.

It would be best if you wait a few days until the patches for 668349 and 668351 land...I'll report back here when that's done.

Sounds good, thanks Geoff. I would be happy to accept patches against services/sync/tests/unit/xpcshell.ini to disable individual failing tests, if you want to go that route until they're fixed.

XUL Android is no longer supported. Sync uses Java on Android now.
