While looking at some security bugs, I realized that some of my comments have been marked as private before opening the bug to the public. I'm fine with that, but I'm a bit irritated to not be able to re-read my own comments. I wrote them, so there is no reason I cannot read them. For attachments, we let authors see their own attachments even if they have been marked as private. We should be consistent and do the same with comments.
