Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a popup window (e.g. by left clicking into testcase https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=551435)
2. Right click into the "bar" area.


Actual results:

A menu shows a checked entry "Menu Bar". Unchecking/Checking is inoperative on the popup window (but has an effect on subsequently generated windows).


Expected results:

Show an unchecked entry. When entry is checked enable Menu.

Issue persists in Firefox 28 in the following form:

The menu bar on the child window is hidden and the right mouse menu entry named "Menu" has its state (checked/unchecked) inherited from the originating window. Regardless of the setting of the "Menu" state on the child window there does not appear any menu bar.
