Try now please, for some reason kicking apache fixed it, nothing obvious happening on the box though.

Thanks, it's back up: [09:19:36.512] GET http://support-release.allizom.org/en-US/home [HTTP/1.1 200 OK 64ms] Does this box have nagios/heartbeat monitoring? Can/should it? Verified FIXED.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
We do have nagios monitoring the box, but looks like nothing for Apache. I will add now a check so we are aware when there is a problem with the webserver.
