                Firefox v4.0.1 with Firebug v1.7.3

Current location: Vancouver BC, Canada

Steps:
1) Go to test URL: https://webifyme-dev.allizom.org
2) Automatically redirected to https://webifyme-dev.allizom.org/en-US/ due to my localization
3) At footer, click Newsletter Sign-up
4) Bug: On Chrome v12, it takes user to the wrong localization. I am i Canada and therefore in en-US. However, after clicking Newsletter sign-up link, I was taken to localization en-GB.

Expected:
Since I live in Canada, clicking Newsletter Sign-up should take me to localization en-US

Actual:
On Chrome v12, it takes user to the wrong localization. I am i Canada and therefore in en-US. However, after clicking Newsletter sign-up link, I was taken to localization en-GB.

This problem does not occur on Firefox v4.
