67806 - unable to add an email address to a reply to news posting

Description

I was replying to a newsgroup post, and after the compose window came up, I
entered another email address after the newsgroup address.

I then tried to click the address picker and change it from "Newsgroup:" to
"To:"

I was not able to.  I never got the picker.

here's what was on the console:

I've seen this too - I'm wondering if this is at all related to the JavaScript 
strict warnings cleaning that's been going on.

I think this is a duplicate of the hyatt menu popup problem.
