Steps:
1. Navigate to weibo in firefox and android browser
2. scroll to the bottom
3. click on top buton
Expected:
Top link should work
Actual:
Verify that on Firefox the button/link doesnt work, works fine in Android browser

That page fails XHTML 1.0 Strict with: 'The Link "#top" points to a not existing Anchor.' Not a Fennec front-end issue.
