Details
SeaMonkey 2.3 was added to the release rsync exclude list when we first mirrorpushed so that we would push only to internal mirrors.
We are ready to have our release go to the full mirror network now, so would like the exclude entry removed.
See Bug 678755 for additional details of what was done.
Prefer the exclude dropped at any time "today" (Monday), but ok if its dropped very early tomorrow. our ETA for release is early->mid afternoon Tuesday the 16'th

removed the following line from /pub/mozilla.org/zz/rsyncd-mozilla-releases.exclude:
- seamonkey/releases/2.3
