6796 - Need to implement TextServicesCompositeDocument

I need to implement a TextServicesCompositeDocument interface that will allow
things like the message compose window to pass a collection of
nsITextServicesDocuments to a text service like the spellchecker. This will be
extremely useful when Ender replaces all textfields and textareas, and will
allow us to spellcheck not only the message body, but all text fields like the
subject field, etc.
