Details

For some reason, pypi2rpm doesn't like specifying version 3.2.0 of BeautifulSoup (even though that's the latest version on pypi for some time now), and this breaks the account portal build. Getting rid of the "3.2.0" in prod-reqs.txt lets it build (and still with 3.2.0).

Maybe a pypi2rpm bug?
old build of account-portal. New one is in pieces and unlikely to be built.
