fennec and plugin-container need to be both boosted when foreground, (e.g. moving to active_ui CGroup partition).
In order to do that we should create /usr/share/policy/etc/syspart.conf.d/fennec
with
[classify browser]
/usr/local/lib/fennec-7.0/fennec
/usr/local/lib/fennec-7.0/plugin-container

this will fix problem with checker boarding and slow content rendering on Maemo..

this is actually under maemo6 define.
N900 don't have cgroups integrated btw...
