Expected results:

Please add an option in Ad-ons Manager > Plugins to toggle disable / enable all plugins. It is cumbersome to disable plugins one by one when user wants to have most or all plugins disabled.

All add-ons can already be disabled temporarily or permanently by restarting Firefox in Safe Mode.

Sure, but this request is plugins specific and has nothing to do with extensions and safe mode for that matter.
Pretty sure there is a 4/5-digit Bug Report for this Issue already.

Yeah, I would think so too, but didn't find any.
How do I disable all firefox plugins by default (and then enable them individually)?

Mass bug change to replace various 'parity' whiteboard flags with the new canonical keywords. (See bug 1443764 comment 13.)
Keywords: parity-opera
