When there are two nested tables, the outer containing an image above the inner
table, and the inner containing a textfield with a pre-defined value, the table
with the textfield is properly moved down as the image is rendered to the outer
table, but the text value isn't. After page refresh averything is ok. See the
file attached.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Mozilla with the file attached.
Actual Results: The text value is outside the textfield
Expected Results: The text value should be inside the textfield
Fabian tested and confirmed it in Mozilla 0.7

Confirming and All/All since I see it on Linux, but I don't see any reason to
believe this is a race condition. It's just an incremental reflow bug.
