Details

The JSON output does not include LPhi nodes; it should. Additionally, the MBlock and LBlock have different data structures for phis_; the LBlock implementation should be changed from a Vector to an InlineForwardList to match the equivalent change in the MBlock.
Fixed a long time ago per a request from mjrosenb (no bug).
