Steps to reproduce:

I logged into my Bank Account with ING-DiBa in Germany. Overwiew of account works fine. As soon as I try to do my banking Firefox hangs up. Even with deactivated Add-Ons.


Actual results:

FF 6.0 just hangs up saying Firefox not responding. Even log-out ist no more working then.


Expected results:

banking schould continue in normal way as did with older FF versions.

You could try http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode.
Is there a demo account at the ING-DiBa ?

Have tried safe Mode. Same result. FF6.0 hang up as soon as I tried to start a banking transaction. Logout only possible with shutdown od FF.

Seems they (https://banking.ing-diba.de) have no test account.

Does clearing your Cache beforehand help?

We need either a testcase or a windbg log but a windbg log is a little bit work

No, clearing the Cache beforehand does not help.
May be this is a hint for you: a soon as secure transmission begins FF6.0 begins to slow down an finally hang up. I see a lot a traffic going forwards and backward in my traffic monitor, even when FF6.0 hangs.

windbg log could be done not earlier than in two weeks. Sorry for that.

Thanks for follow up. But I have had a discussion with IT folks of the Bank and they corrected the bug in the Banking app.
