68102 - When loading "Bugs reported today", list is loaded, yet Throbber throbs forever

When the "Bugs already reported today" list is called up, the list loads. No
problem there. Except that, although all HTML and graphics have loaded, the
throbber continues throbbing, as if it's still loading something.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1) goto URL
2) Click "Bugs already reported today" link
3) Wait for list to finish loading
4) Scroll right down to be absolutely sure the whole list has loaded
5) Watch the throbber still throb

Actual Results:  Although complete page (HTML and graphics) has loaded in its
entirety, throbber continues to throb, as if it's still loading something.

Expected Results:  When loading is finished, stop the throbbin' throbber from..
uh... throbbin'

This seems to be easily reproducible when there are lots of bugs reported in the
list. Just checked again, there were "Zarro boogs", and throbber stopped
throbbing, like it should. strange.
