681064 - Deploy functional persona preview snippet to Beta channel (then GA)

Let's launch the functional Persona snippet in the Beta channel before we turn it on in GA. 

Objective:
1. Expose a much larger user base before launching in GA 

To Do:
1. Change webtrends sampling from 50% to 5% since the amount of impressions will increase significantly and since we'll need to do this before launching within GA.

This can be live for a minimal amount of time - about 2 days or so - before we shift it to GA.

What is the url called to pull the snippets?

the snippets side will be ready, I'm more concerned about personas right now.

If you mean the url for downloading snippets, that would be

https://snippets.mozilla.com/1/Firefox/9.0a2/20111026042018/Darwin_Universal-gcc3/en-US/aurora/Darwin%2010.8.0/default/default/

With the appropriate fields changed to reflect the browser downloading the snippets.

We can point the snippet to a different url, so if you want to throw the static html file on a CDN and post a link here, we'll change it before launching the snippet.

Yes..  The snippets side won't be affected.  Personas however, I'm not too sure about yet.

In fact..  as I look for trending graphs for those servers I can't find any.  :(

oremj/jakem: do we have personas in ganglia?  If not we need to get that done ASAP, and I'd like a week of trending (and good vitals) before we add this load.

(as an aside..  this is a reminder that we need to move personas to phx1)

personas is trending fine, we can monitor it and throttle as needed, no IT blockers here.
