68118 - UI: Incorrect default account visualization

How to reproduce:
1. Register several accounts.
2. Select one account and press "Set As Default" button.

Expected result:
"(default)" will be appended to the account name and "Set As Default" button 
will be grayed, when this account is selected. (See 
http://mozilla.org/quality/mailnews/tests/sea-mn-multacctsetup.html testcase)

Actual result:
When you launch "Account Settings" again, defaulted account is on the top of 
accounts list, but
"(default)" is not appended to the account name and "Set As Default" button 
isn't grayed, when this account is selected.

Platform&OS: NS6.0A OEM build, Intel/Sparc Solaris 2.7;

I like the idea of having (default) appended.. or maybe it's supposed to work
like that but doesn't? in which case it is a bug..
