User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:6.0) Gecko/20110813 Firefox/6.0 SeaMonkey/2.3 Build ID: 20110813174900 Steps to reproduce: Right clicked in an empty part of the Tab Bar. Actual results: Nothing Expected results: My habit/recollection tells me that SeaMonkey used to offer an open "New Tab" option (among others?), but this does not happen in v. 2.3. I may be daft, but it's my recollection that this function was available as recently as v. 2.2.
