From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; m18) Gecko/20010208 BuildID: 2001020804 I created a web page with thumbnails, each thumbnail opens a child window containing the full size image. The default size for child window is 400 x 400 and the window contains a dummy page called "page.htm". I then , using javascript, do a window.document.open() and document.write()s in the child window's document. with the dynamic HTML document composition. The document.write() HTML contains an <img> tag with a height of 800.. I can see that the HTML gets rendered to the window and the image appears, but no scrollbars exist to allow me to move around the image. If I open the child window and use the image filename as a url rather than a dummy page then the window opens with scrollbars. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open thumbnail index 2.Click on thumbnail ( child window appears with large image ) 3.try to scroll the image Actual Results: No scrollbars Expected Results: given scrollbars
