I know you want to have a larger discussion about the overall design of this page, but for this bug, can you confirm what copy you'd like to see.
Currently, the copy reads, Get Firefox on your phone!
Is that the positioning you want to use here? Elsewhere on the site the brand, Firefox for Mobile or Firefox for Android, etc are used.

Let's change it to "Get Firefox for mobile!" since the page directs to /mobile which includes both Android and iPhone and tablets
