At the moment there are a number of common scripts and a common overlay that could be moved from hiddenWindow.xul and navigator.xul to navigatorOverlay.xul
This patch:
* Adds common overlay (placesOverlay.xul) to navigatorOverlay.xul
* Removes common overlay from both hiddenWindow.xul and navigator.xul
* Adds common scripts (browser.js, navigator.js, browserPlacesViews.js and browserPlacesViews.js) to navigatorOverlay.xul
* Removes common scripts from both hiddenWindow.xul and navigator.xul
