I decided it was going to be too much of a mess trying to add more things to the old 2.0.6 minibranch, and we really wanted to pick up the JEP 0.9.7.5 security fix, so I'd just do an all-new minibranch for 2.0.8 (and therefore also pick up the Camino changes we'd landed since 2.0.6).

So, relnotes.  I'll need these before I can proceed any further.

I missed the memo about relocation :-( but I can't wait any longer to tag and build, so I'm going to land these as-is.

Fixed the typo in the notes for rc2; CAMINO_2_0_BRANCH and http://hg.mozilla.org/camino/rev/1f63221fd7ab

So that we can point l10n to these (hopefully I'll be able to send that email tomorrow), here are the final final release notes for 2.0.8, as landed all over.

I added "	•	Improved ad-blocking." to these to cover bug 597808 and bug 641291.

I only did so because we can copy/paste that line from the 2.0.5 notes in every language, so we don't need additional text from localizers (although it is more work for Marcello; sorry!)
