On mozilla.org/m, our mobile users currently do not have a direct way to learn more about the product's features.  The Release Notes are linked at the bottom, but these notes are not mobile-optimized and hard to digest, while the optimized /m features page is hidden away in the drop down menu.

Let's replace the Release Notes link at the bottom with Features (linking to "http://www.mozilla.org/m/features") for a better experience

Nope, this is all we need right now. Steven Garrity (silverorange) is working on everything in bug 683749 and this is one of those pieces.

We'll shoot to ship with 3.10, 3.11 releases.
