I cleared cache and cookies, restarted in safe mode. same result chatted with mozilla support and they suggested i open a bug report Actual results: Access denied You do not have permission to access this page. Expected results: I should have been registered or had my password sent to me, or have it tell me i dont have an id (I dont remember).

It happened at both URLs. But I have resolved the problem. I rebuilt my windows userid (made a new one, moved files, deleted old one and renamed new one). I tried it again and I was able to register. Weird.
