this is a request for clarification of terminology in the preferences ui.

in legacy browsers, we have "Mail & Newsgroups" but "Copies and Folders". In
current builds of seamonkey, we use ampersands in both places. german, perhaps
you could make sure that it's supposed to be this way? or should we go back to
the 4.x way of things and use "&" and "and" in the prefs ui? thanks.

"and" should be spelled out each time it is used in the Preferences dialogs. "&"
should not be used.
