smaug, focus is hard. Does anything here jump out at you?

Fennec no longer uses this offScreenBrowser flag, so I'm not sure how much we care about it not working well.

Hmm, I wonder if this test should wait for focus, not load event before starting.

But since we have this functionality in the platform we should have tests for it, so I'm
reluctant to disable the test.

Well, the the fix was just an educated guess. Apparently not right one. Someone needs to
spend some time to fix this problem.
