reporter, could you be more specific as to how the mouse wheel behavior is
changed? thx!
i see this bug on linux 2001021006 as well:
In prefs/advanced/mouse wheel:
-uncheck "use system defaults" checkbox
(you see the greyed out form for numbers become active/white background)
-Now click AFTER the prefilled number "1" in that form.
-then hit the left arrowkey on keyboard.
Result: Cursor moves to the left, but at the same time another radio-box to the
left is suddenly selected. ("Make text larger or smaller")
Test more:
-Hit ANY arrow-key while cursor is still in the text-field
Watch what happens to radio-box selections: The arrow-keys affect the selection
of radio-buttons, and only that. For each click of an arrow, a new button is
selected, either upwards or downwards. Press arrow-key for a longer time, and
selection takes place continously, jumping between radio-buttons.
If user isn't observant, he might wind up modifying a completely other setting
than the one intended.
Expected:
Arrow-key should only navigate cursor's position in the form-field, and not
affect radio-button selections.
