OS: Android 2.3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec app.
2. Browse to www.google.com
3. Select to view Google in Classic view.
4. Select "Videos" tab on Google.
5. Search on Google videos for one word. (e.g "test")

Expected Result:
Matching results are displayed. 

Actual Result:
There are no matching results displayed. After the search button is tapped, the tab is switched back from videos search to web search.

NOTE:
Bug is only reproducible on videos search, all other Google search (images, maps,photos) work as expected.

Carla, can you try installing phony, and simulating the UA to be in stock browser?   see if you can reproduce it with a different UA.

I installed phony and tried available UA. Here are the results:

With default UA: bug is reproducible
With Android (Nexus One) UA: bug is reproducible

With Desktop Firefox UA: bug is not reproducible, 
With iPhone UA: bug is not reproducible
With iPad UA: bug is not reproducible
With Android (Galaxy Tab) UA: bug is not reproducible
With Microsoft IE UA: bug is not reproducible

Not sure if this remains an issue..

1) If I load google.com with an Android UA, click "Classic" and then make a choice at the top (say, "images"), Google goes straight back to mobile mode
2) If I click "Classic", search for a word ("test"), then switch to "images" it stays in classic mode. From there, I can also choose "Video" in the left - side menu, and it still remains classic. For that reason I'll call this a WFM. There is a small bug in step 1 but IMO it's not severe enough to warrant our time - Google's QA should deal with it themselves ;-)

Google Video's is also discontinued.
