When reading long articles, have you found the space bar and page down button aren't convenient? You have to read from the 1st line at the top of the monitor till the last line at the bottom, then page-down, and start again from the first line; you don't have a chance to reference what you just read because only 2 lines from the previous page is there. I have asked a few people about this problem, and most of them are just using scroll wheels on mouse to read - they never use the keys. What would be better is to page down/up a bit less than a full page - probably 60% of a page, thus we will have the context from the previous page available; also we only need to keep our eyes focused on the central area of the page instead of moving from the top to the bottom. It would be even better to make an arrow mark to which line was the end of the previous page, as described here https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370348 . But let's take the basic steps first.
