Instead of being marked as "rejected" a revision upon review should be marked as "deferred". Also, such a revision should not be crossed out on the history page but merely grayed out. That is because rejected sounds harsh and might discourage contributors who take time to improve an article, that sometimes just need minor changes to be accepted. This is just a change of wording, no change in behavior is necessary (besides removing the strike through) see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Support/KB/Meetings/2011-09-07#Making_review_process_better for a visual explanation.
To clarify, there are a couple of pieces to this: * The buttons to review an article should be changed to "Approve" and "Defer" (bonus points for a green Approve button) https://wiki.mozilla.org/images/5/55/Article-review.png * A deferred revision should be listed in the history as "Reviewed" instead of "Rejected" https://wiki.mozilla.org/images/3/36/History-of-reviewed.png * The revision should not be lined though in the history view * The subject line of the notification sent to the contributor should be changed to , "Your revision has been reviewed:NAME OF ARTICLE"
