When loading the extracted libs from the cache directory, we use the system dlopen instead of the custom android linker.

The dlfcn.h changes are probably unsafe. I think it would be safer to have that done after bug 683127 is fixed.
With this change, however, cold startup with extracted libraries is finally faster than cold startup without extracted libraries on my Nexus S. It also even seems as fast or faster than warm startup without extracted libraries.

Now that we don't extract libraries, it doesn't matter much.
