68629 - Kill "create in" (dialog expander) in Add Bookmark window

The "create in" button in the Add Bookmark window doesn't keep the dialog 
expanded after you close the dialog, which is pretty annyoing.  I think the 
button should be removed altogether, and the dialog be permanently expanded.

Cc [e-mail], who expressed an interest in fixing this problem by 
removing the dialog expander (in bug 47599).

I know, but I don't know why. IMO, specifying a folder is a very common option
and doesn't warrant to be hidden.

That would leave the clutter of the button, but it would be an OK compromise, if
people disagree with me. (And the author didn't just copy MSIE.)

Actually, IMO, we should *encourage* filing bookmarks in folders during
addition. From my experience (and comments from others), everything else leads
to lots of unsorted bookmarks in one folder. But that might be subjective.

Btw, the "new bookmark" dialog in the manage bookmarks window doesn't have an 
expander (the folders are never shown).  I think this is confusing, and that 
the folders should be shown, but with the selected folder (or parent of the 
selected bookmark/separator) automatically selected in the dialog.

I see the same. Dialog is always expanded now (folder list is always visible)
and the button is gone. Marking FIXED (even though I don't know, if Ben G. fixed
it).

mass-verifying claudius' Fixed bugs which haven't changed since 2001.12.31.

if you think this particular bug is not fixed, please make sure of the following
before reopening:

a. retest with a *recent* trunk build.
b. query bugzilla to see if there's an existing, open bug (new, reopened,
assigned) that covers your issue.
c. if this does need to be reopened, make sure there are specific steps to
reproduce (unless already provided and up-to-date).
