Browse to www.google.com 3. Tap on the Site Panel 4. Tap on Install as App and check all 3 options from the displayed popup 5. Tap OK and repeat step 3 6. Tap on Clear Site Preferences 7. Repeat step 3 Expected result: The Site Panel should be triggered. Actual result: After step 7, no action is performed.

Can only reproduce it on device. Investigating.
