If you pan through the list of available options in a select field, it can happen that the last option doesn't get displayed. Especially it seems to happen in select fields with a lot of entries. Steps: 1. Open the URL as given 2. Pan down in the list of products The last option in this list is 'WebTools'. But if you click on it and the selection overlay opens you can find one more entry at the bottom which is 'WebTools Graveyard'.
Talked to Martijn and this is related to the zoom level of the page. If you have zoomed in even more, empty lines will appear below the last entry.

This is a duplicate of the bug where overflow:scroll stuff causes rendering artifacts. The only bug that I could find about this is bug 538612, but iirc, there is another bug, where this is normally duped against.
