Steps to reproduce:
1.Visit a website, eg: http://www.cnn.com
2.Pan to the left to reveal the right side sidebar
3.Tap the star icon, and select Add to Home Screen

Expected Results:
   A toaster notification indicating that the shortcut has been created is visible

Actual results:
  Toaster notification is not displayed.

Notes: Issue is not reproducible on Motorola DROID2 and Samsung Galaxy S.

This popup is provided by the android homescreen, not by fennec. There's not much that we can do there.

Right, we don't control this. We also don't know what phones/OS versions don't show the toaster so we can't just supply our own as needed.
