Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; FreeBSD i386; rv:5.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0
Build ID: 20110628092906
Steps to reproduce:
I have set Firefox to ask me every time when a web site wants to set a cookie. Some web sites try to set multiple cookies from a single page, and apparently, these request come in faster than I can click one of "Allow", "Allow for Session" or "Deny". I leave the "Use my choice for all cookies from this site" checked all the time.
Actual results:
In these cases, I get multiple message boxes titled "Confirm setting cookie", each one for the same site.
Recently, I came across a web site, that tried to set the very same cookie (key and value) some twenty times (I suspect sloppy or thoughtless coding on their part ...), causing my screen to fill up with "Confirm setting cookie" message boxes, all of them asking about the same site (and the same cookie, too).
Wild clicking action ensued, although the first click would have answered all other message boxes, too.
Expected results:
I would suggest that
* As long as a "Confirm setting cookie" msg box for some site is open, no other msg box for the same site is opened.
* Other requests for the same site can be "queued" behind the first and only msg box ...
** if the first msg box is answered with "Use my choice for all cookies ..." set, all further requests are answered and no new msg boxes need to be opened
** if the first msg box has "Use my choice for all cookies ..." not set, further msg boxes can be opened in sequence, one by one.
It might be even more user-friendly if all msg boxes were queued that way, even when they pertain to different sites.

Is Firefox 5 the first version you saw this happening, and is the same behaviour also present in Firefox 6.0.2.? Do you have a sample site that exhibits this multiple request problem?

@MarcoZ: I'm quite sure I came across this in earlier versions.
@MarcoZ: I just installed the most up-to-date version of Firefox (v.6.0.2) on my Windows-7 box. I was able to reproduce the behaviour with the site

@Jo Hermans: Yes, this is a duplicate.
