687233 - foopies are running out of disk space

I'm not sure where it's going.

I do know that running out of disk will cause issues on Tegra test runs.

We need to figure out where the disk is going and clean up, fix bug 660099 so we can monitor the foopies with nagios.

This may also mean we need to have fewer tegras per foopy.
