Details

Store banner height and width data as separate fields and include localization information.
Fixed in https://github.com/mozilla/affiliates/commit/f7135134c2c0b7c7d064a072e350205c482752a1

Height and width data are now automatically determined and displayed correctly.

If there are additional steps to verify please reopen and add [qa+] to the whiteboard. On a cursory examination of the banners they appear appear to be properly categorized by height x width and locale. 
I also suspect we would have seen filed bugs to the effect that there are problems.
