Iirc, I investigated (a while ago) this and it is basically related to bug 319669.
So this is a tech evangelism issue.

Navigating on the home page, the layout seems to have changed and there is no more FAQ. I didn't see any anomalies going through the section. Let's close it as INVALID. Samsung GT-I9100 Android 2.3.5
