Thunderbird bought 22 new mac minis, and they are being racked in SJC1 at the moment.

This is the tracking bug to get them up and running in the Thunderbird build pools.
What's needed to get this done ASAP?  (existing mini pool about to be forcibly relocated)
This bug will track the work needed to build Thunderbird in the MPT colo.
