68857 - Cell bkgrnd color does not change immediately in table on top of table backgrnd color

I was creating a table with multiple cell colors and a uniform table background 
color..when I saw this..
Steps:

1 Launch composer
2 Add a table with any dimentions
3 Right click in the first cell and select "Table or Cell Background Color'
4 Select the radio button for 'Table' and choose any color (the color gets   
applied immediately after pressing OK)
5 Now, click in any other cell and do step 3. Then select the radio button 
'Cell'.
6 Choose any color and press OK, notice that the cell color does not change to   
the selected color.
 However if you type text inside the cell, the background color starts to   
appear and if you ALT+TAB to another application and come back, the color is  
applied to the cell.

Expected : Cell color should change immediately

actually, trying to apply cell colors one by one also does not work correctly 
for the first time(with no table background color).The cells in the right 
column(2x2) do not reflect the new color change immediately.

It was inevitable that you would find this problem!
I've pretty sure this is just the "cell selection hides cell background color"
issue. Your second comment might be different, but i'll dup this for now.

bug 28831 is some other bug :). I could not find the original bug, so, 
reopening..
