When selecting text with the arrow keys on the add bookmark dialog box,
the selection doesn't work as expected.
To reproduce:
1. Bookmarks->Add current page
2. In the "Name" textfield, click the mouse about halfway within the text.
3. Hold down shift, and use the right arrow to highlight the text.
4. Works as expected until the cursor reaches the end of the text. Then,
rather than "sticking" at the end, cursor wraps back to the beginning of
the textfield, which then highlights the wrong thing. Now, instead of
having (for example) characters 5 through N highlighted, you have 1-4
highlighted.
Always reproducable, but this is the only textfield that I've noticed with
this behavior. It may be in others as well.
More testing... problem also occurs on the File->Open Web Location
textfield. Doesn't occur on form fill-ins or when editing the address bar
at the top.
Re-assigning as Browser-General, because you can never make too
many changes to a bug within a two-minute timeframe!

Did some testing, and it turns out you don't need to select anything. Place the
caret in the text field and hit End. The caret jumps to the end of the text.
Now press right-cursor, and the caret disappears. Build 2001021008, so I guess
the bug's been there for a few days.

I can confirm this bug on all platforms with the 20010214 builds. I used the Open Web
Location dialog to repro. Sending this bug over to editor since they own the text widget.
